You learn a lot when you have 15 years of experience supporting or leading complex change for large multinationals. After studying brain-based coaching with the Neuroleadership Institute I extended my training in the neuroscience of change and became an accredited facilitator in NeuroTREAD™ a compelling leadership program designed by Kristen Hansen from Enhansen Performance.

With all of this experience and new expertise in the neuroscience of change, I had an 'aha' moment. It turns out that change leadership and change management fit together holistically. You really can't have one without the other. The Holistic Change Leadership model is designed to coach leaders and change practitioners to understand what creates the desire, engagement and commitment to change, including what creates resistance. This has a human focus and incorporates compelling neuroscience insights. At the same time, what are the fundamental aspects of assessing, planning and delivering a change and embedding plan that will land successfully in the business and reap the intended benefits of the initiative.

I attended the Holistic Change Leadership course developed and delivered by Angeline. It had a practical and theory-based structure that touched on neuroscience and change management.
